Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of ObscuraBuild™ products. Due to the collectible and buildable nature of our sets, all sales are subject to the policy below.

Returns & Refunds

Refunds are only accepted within 30 days of delivery and only if the item is unused, unassembled, and returned in its original packaging with all pieces included.

Once a set has been built or partially assembled, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not accept refunds for:

  • Assembled or partially assembled products

  • Missing pieces caused by misuse or assembly

  • Change of mind after building the set

  • Normal wear, damage, or improper handling

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue and packaging. Approved cases may receive a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Final Decision

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. ObscuraBuild™ reserves the right to deny any refund that does not meet the conditions above.
